Salt Cycle 45

Salt Cycle is a Strong, Sweat-drenched, Calorie torching, Work to your edge, riding to the rhythm with choreography. A high-energy full-body workout and mind-releasing experience on a bike. Get ready to be motivated! Lights are turned down and music is turned up.
All levels welcome. We do NOT offer shoe rental. We do NOT use metrics on the bikes.

Salt Circuits

This 45-minute class is designed to deliver a total-body workout with a twist. 

Our session includes a quick 2-minute warm-up, 8 stations that alternate between upper and lower body exercises. With 45 seconds of intense effort at each station, during the brief 45-second rest periods, we'll come together as a group to tackle unexpected core or cardio exercises

After completing all 8 stations, we'll take a well-deserved 2-minute water break to recharge and refuel. Catch your breath, hydrate, and prepare for the 2nd and finale round.

We will wrap up the class, with a 2-minute cool down, allowing your body to gradually recover and stretch out.

 

Strength

Our Full Body strength workouts are timed interval driven giving each client space to give each set their own personal best. Intervals consist of multi muscle group moves to maximize metabolism and calorie burn. Each class is designed differently to work on different muscle groups and combinations when you come in. There is a short warm up on the floor or on the cycle bike and then we start the interval circuit for the day. Class uses dumbbells and we ask for you to bring your own yoga mat for floor work.
