We can not wait to get salty with you! Thank you for choosing Salt as your boutique fitness facility to work out with on a weekly basis or when you are just visiting our town.
Here is some information to get your started: -Classes are 30 - 45 min. Check out Schedule Page to take a look at class design. -We have a 2 hour cancelation policy to give a chance for others to come into class off waitlist but space for you to cancel incase you do not feel well. -ALL purchases are final. A late cancel fee and a no show fee is applied to all accounts if they fail to cancel before the 2 hour window or do not show up. This applies to FREE classes as well. -We do not offer indoor cycle shoe rental. Bring your own SPD clip in cycle shoes or your own athletic shoes. -Our studio water is filtered with a Hydroviv water filter so bring your own water or water bottle to refill. -Need Directions?
